CTIL v Ashloch Limited and AP Wireless II (UK) Limited

One of Cell:cm’s clients, AP Wireless II (UK) Limited, was recently awarded a landlord-favourable decision in the recent Upper Tribunal case of CTIL v Ashloch Limited.
