Originally from Glasgow, Ruairidh graduated in 2017 with an MSc in Real Estate Management and Investment at Edinburgh Napier University. After his degree, he gained experience in residential agency and surveying before joining Lambert Smith Hampton’s Real Estates Advisory department. In this role, Ruairidh was responsible for assisting national Landlords and occupiers’ Estates Management of their commercial portfolios throughout the UK. In 2019 he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and began working in office agency, disposing and acquiring commercial property throughout the West of Scotland on behalf of national and local clients. Ruairidh has recently joined Cell:cm’s Estates Team as a Senior Surveyor.

Outside of work, Ruairidh enjoys running, cooking, and spending time at the local rugby club (sometimes playing, however, more often socialising in the clubhouse afterwards).
